• Operating Hours & Closures: Operating hours are subject to change due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. In case of park closure, guests may choose to reschedule or request a refund, as applicable.
• Liability Disclaimer: Hardy’s World is not responsible for Personal belongings lost or damaged Injuries resulting from failure to follow safety instructions, Guests enter the park at their own risk.
